La Paz, Bolivia -

The price of thousand cubic feet (Bcf) of natural gas will rise from 3.20 to 5.0 U.S. dollars from 15 July to 31 December as the political agreement that presidents Nestor Kirchner, Argentina and Evo Morales, Bolivia, signed on Thursday in the district of Hurlingham, Buenos Aires.

The increase, which represents 56.25 percent of the price paid so far to Argentina, was announced at a mass rally held in that district when he opened a sports complex and involving Gov. Felipe Sola addition to the Mayor Luis Acuña.

The agreement guarantees the supply of natural gas from Argentina to Chile, as happened during the government of Ricardo Lagos, which implies a Message for President Michelle Bachelet. On the other hand, this result has a possibility to influence in Brazil, whose agreement with Bolivia is still pending.

Morales greeted with a hug as he entered the Hall Kirchner's White House of Government. Both spoke there about half an hour to finalize the details of the agreement. Following the protocol between Cabinet ministers and Bolivian officials, the presidents gave a hearing and then flew by helicopter to Hurlingham.

After an initial meeting alone, joined the meeting, the cabinet chief, Alberto Fernandez, the Ministers of Economy, Felisa Miceli, Planning, Julio De Vido, Interior, Aníbal Fernandez and Foreign Minister, Roberto Garcia Moritan, representing the Chancellor, Jorge Taiana, located in Geneva with Foreign Minister David Choquehuanca, the ministers of the Presidency Juan Ramon Quintana, Planning, Carlos Villegas, and Hydrocarbons, Andres Soliz Rada.

After the ceremony in Hurlingham, Morales returned immediately to country, to travel to Cochabamba, where he closed the campaign of his party, Movement Toward Socialism (MAS) for the Constituent Assembly election and the referendum for autonomy to be held on Sunday 2 July.

Kirchner and Morales also signed regularize migration agreement that will resolve the situation of Bolivian citizens residing in the neighboring country and an agreement for integration and infrastructure for the construction of a bridge linking the border towns of Yacuiba, Bolivia and Salvador Mazza, Argentina.

This is the second visit to Argentina and Morales comes just days after Kirchner made the process a relentless defense that cross country as well as Venezuela, amid criticism of the United States.

Among other things, in a speech to Parliament, recalled that Bolivia is the second poorest country in Latin America and should not be "broken" the international arena.
