BUENOS AIRES, jun 26 (Reuters) - Argentina firmará el jueves con Bolivia un acuerdo sobre el gas natural que importa desde el país andino, que incluye una subida del precio cercano al 47 por ciento y un fuerte aumento del volumen, dijo el lunes una fuente diplomática.
Ambos países negociaron over months to reach agreement formalized in Buenos Aires that Argentine President Nestor Kirchner and his Bolivian counterpart, Evo Morales.

Morales, who heads the poorest country in South America in May nationalized the oil and then consider increasing the price of gas it sells mostly home to Brazil and Argentina.
The agreement signed by Kirchner and Morales has a chapter devoted to investments made through partnerships binational state.
"We are undertaking joint projects. We need liquid separation plant, power plants. These are projects that are going to realize because we need them, "said Ortiz Mercado.
Argentina for its part plans to build a pipeline to provide gas to northeastern Argentina.
